Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.

Day 1
Upon reaching Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, after disembarking from your flight and receiving support with immigration and customs, the friendly Safari Trails team will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Relax and unwind with an overnight stay in Nairobi.
Day 2
Today, we embark on a journey to the captivating Lake Nakuru National Park, located in the picturesque Great Rift Valley. Following a delightful lunch, an exciting afternoon game drive awaits us. The park is renowned for its abundant wildlife, with exceptional opportunities for bird-watching that will surely enchant even the most reluctant bird enthusiasts. Witness the breathtaking sight of vast flocks of lesser and greater flamingos turning the lakeshore into a mesmerizing pink display. With over 400 bird species, including white pelicans, plovers, egrets, and marabou storks, the park is a globally recognized destination for birdlife enthusiasts. Additionally, Lake Nakuru National Park is one of the few places in Africa where you can encounter the white rhino and the elusive Rothschild giraffe. Your accommodations and dining will be provided at a lodge or camp in Nakuru or Naivasha, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Day 3
Tonight, you will be staying in Naivasha, where you can enjoy observing the diverse birdlife surrounding the lake. Following breakfast, we will journey through the stunning Great Rift Valley to reach the Masai Mara National Reserve. This expansive reserve is part of the renowned Serengeti plains, known for the spectacular wildebeest migration and is home to the iconic Big Five: Lions, Elephants, Leopards, Buffalos, and Rhinos.
Lunch will be served at your lodge or camp, followed by some leisure time before an afternoon game drive. The Mara Game Reserve is recognized as one of the most remarkable wilderness areas globally, boasting a remarkable diversity of large mammals easily observable. Residents of the park include Maasai Giraffes, Buffalos, Elands, and a multitude of plains game species such as Impalas, Zebras, Topis, Thomson’s and Grant’s Gazelles.
You will have dinner and spend the night at a lodge or camp within the Mara.
Day 4
Experience a morning safari to observe the rich wildlife that inhabits this reserve. With luck, you might witness a live hunt, a truly mesmerizing sight to behold! After a satisfying lunch at your accommodation, embark on another exciting game drive, with the chance to spot the famous ‘Big 5’ animals. Savor your meals and stay overnight at a lodge or camp in the Mara.
Day 5
Today, you will complete the check-out process and return to Nairobi, arriving in time for lunch. You will have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at your own pace. Following that, we will arrange for your transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your return flight home, carrying with you wonderful memories of your time spent in Kenya.
