Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrive at Bali – Uluwatu Temple

Upon arrival in Bali, our tour representatives will greet you and escort you to your hotel, where you can enjoy a peaceful lunch.
The first destination on your itinerary will be Uluwatu Temple, perched on majestic cliffs with breathtaking views of the sea. This temple hosts elaborate ceremonies every six months in accordance with Balinese traditions.

Local believers hold the belief that divine forces safeguard the temple, preventing erosion of the coastline below the cliff.

Afterward, we will head to Jimbaran Beach for a delightful seafood dinner, concluding the day before returning to the hotel for a restful night.

Day 2 : Batubulan – Ubud Traditional Handicraft – Kintamani Village – Tampaksiring

Embark on your second day by exploring Batubulan village, known for its traditional art forms and cultural performances like the famous Balinese dance drama of Barong and Keris.

Next, make your way to Ubud to immerse yourself in the local arts and crafts crafted by skilled artisans, offering a variety of souvenirs and gifts for purchase. Continue your journey to Kintamani district, home to the active volcano Mount Batur, followed by a visit to Tampaksiring Palace to admire Pura Tirta Empul, a sacred Hindu water temple. Return to your hotel for a relaxing dinner and a good night’s sleep.

Day 3 : Shift to Jakarta – Sunda Kelapa Harbour – Fatahillah Square – National Monument

After enjoying breakfast in Bali, make your way to the airport for your flight to Jakarta. Upon arrival, our local representatives will escort you to your hotel. Begin your exploration by visiting Sunda Kelapa Harbour, located in the northern part of Jakarta.

Next, immerse yourself in the rich history of Jakarta by visiting Fatahillah Square, a well-preserved historic site at the heart of Jakarta Old Town. Explore the Puppet Museum, a unique showcase of puppets representing various cultures from China, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Europe. Conclude your day with a visit to the National Monument, also known as Monas, an impressive obelisk situated at the center of Merdeka Square in Central Jakarta.

Day 4 : Taman Mini Indonesia Indah

On the fourth day of your itinerary, you will explore Taman Mini, a notable showcase of Indonesia’s diverse natural and cultural heritage. Located in East Jakarta, this expansive site features 26 replicas of traditional chieftains’ houses from throughout Indonesian history. Encompassing 250 acres, Taman Mini also offers botanical and zoological parks, museums, theaters, lodging options, and an Imax theater for a comprehensive experience.

Day 5 : Shopping – Depart from Jakarta

Following breakfast, take some time to explore a market of your preference, whether it be the contemporary and diverse Pasar Santa or the renowned Tanah Abang Market, known as the largest textile market in Southeast Asia. After a shopping excursion, you will be taken to the airport for your departure flight.

  • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
  • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
  • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
  • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
  • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
  • Carry one passport size photo.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

  • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
  • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
  • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
  • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
  • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

  • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
  • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
  • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

  • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
  • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
  • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
  • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
