Day 1
Coimbatore to Munnar – Scenic Drive into the Hills Arrive at Coimbatore Airport/Railway Station, where our representative will greet you. Begin your journey to Munnar (approx. 5–6 hrs), enjoying scenic views of the Western Ghats, waterfalls, and spice plantations along the way. On arrival, check into your hill resort and relax. In the evening, take a leisurely walk through the tea gardens or enjoy a peaceful sunset from your balcony. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 2
Munnar Sightseeing – Tea Estates & Natural Beauty After breakfast, begin exploring Munnar’s charming attractions. Start with a visit to the Eravikulam National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr and breathtaking views of the valley. Later, explore the Tea Museum to learn about Munnar’s rich tea heritage. Continue to Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake, where you can enjoy optional boating. End your day at Top Station for panoramic views of the hills. Return to the hotel for a cozy night’s rest.
Day 3
Hidden Corners of Munnar – Forests, Flowers & Waterfalls Post breakfast, head to the less-crowded attractions of Munnar. Visit the peaceful Blossom International Park, perfect for a quiet stroll. Then explore the Photo Point, Elephant Arrival Spot, and Lockhart Gap View for mesmerizing photographs. Don’t miss the Attukal Waterfalls, a picturesque spot surrounded by forests and rocky terrain. Enjoy local shopping in the evening before returning to your hotel.
Day 4
Munnar to Coimbatore – Departure with Beautiful Memories After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin the drive back to Coimbatore. En route, you can stop at spice gardens to shop for authentic cardamom, pepper, and vanilla. You will be dropped at the airport or railway station for your return journey, carrying memories of the refreshing hills and tea-scented breeze.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances
