Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon reaching the airport, our courteous representatives will guide you through the required government formalities. Following this, you will be chauffeured to your hotel, allowing you to unwind and enjoy a leisurely day at your own convenience.
Day 2: Nairobi to Masai Mara (5 hours and 30 minutes)
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, making a stop at Narak Town along the way. Upon reaching our destination, we will check in at the hotel for a satisfying lunch. After a short break, we will venture out on a thrilling game drive in this famous reserve, which is connected to Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. As the day draws to a close, we will return to the hotel for a delightful dinner, where you will spend the night.
Day 3: Masai Mara
Revamp your morning by indulging in a satisfying breakfast before joining our knowledgeable tour guide for an exhilarating morning safari. Following this, retreat to the camp for a leisurely lunch. In the evening, savor a delectable dinner at your hotel before settling in for a restful overnight stay.
Day 4: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru (5 Hours and 30 Minutes)
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will embark on a journey to the stunning Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its breathtaking scenery. Lunch will be served at the hotel before we proceed to the national park for a short visit to marvel at its natural beauty. In the evening, we will return to the hotel for a delightful dinner.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Aberdares (4 Hours)
Begin your day with a wholesome breakfast before heading to Aberdares to discover some of the region’s premier tourist sites. Upon completion of your exploration, return to the hotel for check-out and a relaxed lunch. Subsequently, partake in additional sightseeing excursions before utilizing the lodge’s transportation for your transfer.
In the evening, indulge in a delightful dinner at the lodge and unwind for a tranquil overnight stay. Be on the lookout for the diverse wildlife that frequents the waterhole and its environs.
Day 6: Aberdares to Mount Kenya (1 Hour 30 Minutes)
Revamped Text: Begin your day with a prompt breakfast at the hotel before meeting your tour guide to go over the day’s itinerary. Our journey will lead us to the scenic White Highlands and the majestic Mount Kenya Region. Upon reaching our destination, settle in at the club.
The remainder of the day is yours to savor at your own pace. Immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings and embrace the peaceful atmosphere. As nightfall descends, treat yourself to a delectable dinner featuring your preferred dishes at the club.
Day 7: Depart from Mount Kenya to Nairobi
Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before heading to Nairobi. Indulge in a delicious lunch at the esteemed Carnivore restaurant or opt for vegetarian options at Haandi/Haveli. Following your meal, proceed to the airport for your departure flight.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
