Day 1: Arrival in Arusha – Lake Manyara
Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our dedicated team will be available to support you through all airport formalities. Subsequently, our seasoned tour guide will chauffeur you to the enchanting Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival at your accommodation, you will complete the check-in process and savor a delectable lunch.
Marvel at the stunning panoramas that encompass the lake and its environs. Later in the day, our guide will take you on an exhilarating safari drive through the park. The evening is yours to unwind and rejuvenate. Indulge in a delightful dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 2: Lake Manyara to Serengeti
Start your morning with a satisfying breakfast at the hotel before setting off on an exciting journey through the Ngorongoro Massif towards the famous Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival, our knowledgeable tour representative will lead you on an exhilarating game drive through the park.
Following your morning expedition, return to the hotel for a delicious lunch before gearing up for another exciting game drive in the Serengeti. As the day comes to an end, return to the hotel for a scrumptious dinner and a restful overnight stay.
Day 3: Serengeti
Day three of your itinerary will be filled with a full-day safari experience in the Serengeti, including a picnic lunch. The morning will be spent observing wildlife by the riverbanks and in the treetops. In the afternoon, you’ll have the chance to see wildebeests wandering the area. Explore the rocky outcrops where cheetahs usually rest during your visit. In the evening, return to the hotel for a delightful dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.
Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Following breakfast at the hotel, our next destination is Ngorongoro. Our itinerary includes a delightful picnic lunch at Olduvai Gorge, where you can also visit the museum showcasing ancient human fossils. It is highly recommended to allocate a minimum of two nights for your stay in Ngorongoro.
Upon returning to the lodge in the evening, a scrumptious dinner awaits to complete our day.
Day 5: Ngorongoro
After a satisfying breakfast, our knowledgeable tour guide will lead you on a captivating 6-hour wildlife expedition in the Ngorongoro Crater. This adventure offers the opportunity to observe a variety of animals, with a picnic lunch served on-site.
Upon returning from the excursion, enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge. Ngorongoro is celebrated as a top African safari destination, often hailed as the 8th wonder of the world.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a natural wonder, holding the distinction of being the world’s largest intact caldera, with a remarkable depth of 610 meters and a vast area of 260 square kilometers. This stunning landscape showcases the beauty and wildlife of East Africa.
With its sweeping views and awe-inspiring scenery, the Ngorongoro Crater truly lives up to its reputation as a world wonder. Your overnight accommodations will be in the Ngorongoro region, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the enchantment of this extraordinary location.
Day 6: Ngorongoro to Tarangire
Start your day with a wholesome breakfast at the hotel before heading to Tarangire National Park. Here, you can immerse yourself in the diverse attractions the park has to offer.
Indulge in a satisfying lunch back at the hotel before embarking on an exhilarating game drive in the evening. Tarangire National Park is a paradise for bird lovers, featuring a variety of bird species and captivating wildlife.
Experience a peaceful overnight stay at Tarangire, surrounded by the natural beauty of the park.
Day 7: Depart from Tarangire to Arusha
Revel in a quick breakfast before heading to Arusha. Indulge in a flavorful lunch, followed by a seamless transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departing flight.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
