Day 1 : Arrive at Bali – Ayung Bali Rafting
Upon your arrival in Bali, our local representative will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel. We believe in starting your first day with an exciting activity, followed by ample time for relaxation. Experience the thrill of white water rafting on the Ayung River, Bali’s largest river, in the afternoon. Afterwards, you can unwind and enjoy a relaxing evening back at the hotel.
Day 2 : Tanjung Benoa Beach
Experience the beauty of Bali through its stunning beaches. On the second day, indulge in the tranquility of Tanjung Benoa Beach. Take a leisurely stroll, bask in the sun, and enjoy various beach activities. Water sports enthusiasts can opt for thrilling activities like parasailing, banana boat rides, and jet skiing. Treat yourself to a two-hour spa session in the afternoon for ultimate relaxation. Retire for the night at your accommodation to unwind after a day of seaside adventures.
Day 3 : Celuk Village – Mas Village – Elephant Cave – Kintamani – Ubud Village Tour
Explore the charming Balinese village of Celuk, renowned for its exquisite gold and silver jewelry. Next, immerse yourself in the artistry of the Mas Village, where intricately carved wooden sculptures await. Venture to the iconic Elephant Cave, also known as Goa Gajah, a significant Hindu archaeological site.
Discover the spiritual tranquility of Bali’s sacred water temple, Tirta Empul, followed by a visit to the picturesque Volcano Village of Kintamani. Wrap up your journey with a visit to the bustling central market of Ubud, where you can pick up authentic traditional souvenirs before returning to your accommodation.
Day 4 : Bounty Sunset Cruise
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before heading to Benoa Port for the Bounty Sunset Cruise. Sail along the picturesque coastal areas of Benoa, enjoying a delectable meal with your loved ones or significant other while being entertained by local music and dance performances. Conclude the evening with a delightful dinner on board before returning to the hotel.
Day 5 : Ubud Monkey Forest – Waterbom Bali
On day five, your itinerary includes a visit to the Ubud Monkey Forest, offering the opportunity to engage with a variety of monkeys and immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of the forest’s temples. Following this, you will proceed to the Waterbom Bali water park to partake in thrilling rides set in a tropical setting.
Day 6 : Depart from Bali
Recede from your hotel and proceed to the airport for your return flight.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
