Pick-up & Drop: Johannesburg / OR Tambo International Airport

Day 1: 

Arrival at Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport, where you will be met by your professional driver-guide. After a short briefing, proceed by road or domestic flight (as per final arrangement) towards the Kruger National Park region. On arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch or refreshments. In the afternoon, proceed for your first game drive in the Kruger area, offering your first opportunity to spot African wildlife. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: 

Early morning game drive inside Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s largest and most renowned wildlife reserves. After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and leisure time. Lunch at the lodge followed by an afternoon or evening game drive to explore different areas of the park. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: 

After breakfast, enjoy another full day dedicated to wildlife viewing in Kruger National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. The park is home to the Big Five as well as a wide variety of birdlife and plains game. Meals will be served at the lodge, and the evening is spent relaxing under the African sky. Dinner and overnight stay

Day 4: 

After breakfast, depart for a scenic tour along the famous Panorama Route. Visit highlights such as Blyde River Canyon, God’s Window, Bourke’s Luck Potholes, and scenic waterfalls. Lunch will be taken en route. In the late afternoon, return to the lodge near Kruger. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: 

Breakfast at the lodge followed by a relaxed morning. Lunch at the lodge and later proceed for your final afternoon game drive, making the most of your last safari experience in South Africa. Return to the lodge for a farewell dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: 

After breakfast, check out from the lodge and transfer back to Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport or a domestic airport for your onward or international departure, marking the end of the safari.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
