5 Nights / 6 Days Destinations: Entebbe – Queen Elizabeth National Park – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Pick-up & Drop: Entebbe International Airport Special Highlight: Mountain Gorilla Trekking (Permit Included)
Day 1:
Arrival at Entebbe International Airport, where you will be met by your professional driver-guide. After a short briefing, transfer to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala. Depending on arrival time, a short city orientation may be arranged. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2:
After breakfast, depart by road towards Queen Elizabeth National Park, driving through scenic countryside and local towns. Arrival in the afternoon and check-in at the lodge, followed by lunch. Later, enjoy a relaxing boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, famous for hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and abundant birdlife. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 3:
Early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park, offering opportunities to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and other wildlife. Return to the lodge for breakfast, then depart towards Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Arrival at the lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay
Day 4:
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for registration and briefing before the unforgettable mountain gorilla trekking experience. Accompanied by expert rangers, you will trek through dense forest to locate a habituated gorilla family and spend up to one hour observing them in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5:
Breakfast at the lodge followed by a return drive to Entebbe, with lunch en route. On arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy free time for relaxation or souvenir shopping. Dinner and overnight stay
Day 6:
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Entebbe International Airport for onward or international departure, marking the end of your Uganda safari.
Package Inclusions
Airport pick-up and drop-off in Entebbe are included, along with all ground transfers in a private safari vehicle. Accommodation is provided for five nights in selected 3–4 star hotels and lodges on a full-board or half-board basis as per the itinerary. One mountain gorilla trekking permit per person for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is included, along with park entrance fees and ranger services. All scheduled game drives, boat safari on Kazinga Channel, and sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary are included. Services of an experienced English-speaking driverguide, bottled drinking water during transfers, and all applicable government taxes are also included.
Package Exclusions
International and domestic airfare, visa fees, and travel insurance are not included. Optional activities not mentioned in the itinerary, such as chimpanzee trekking or cultural village visits, are excluded. Personal expenses including laundry, telephone calls, beverages not included in meals, souvenirs, and tips or gratuities for guides, rangers, and lodge staff are not included. Any expenses arising from medical emergencies, flight delays, or changes in government regulations are also excluded.

- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
