2. Payment Policy

Customers are required to pay an advance amount at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour as per the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation, destination, and service providers involved. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation and service charges. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.

4. Changes & Amendments

Any changes in itinerary, travel dates, or services after confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges. SkyDev Holidays Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fuel costs, taxes, or availability. Final prices will be as mentioned in the booking confirmation.

6. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents, permits, passports, visas, and other required documents during travel. SkyDev Holidays Tour & Travels will not be responsible for issues arising due to incomplete or invalid documents.

7. Health & Safety

Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any health conditions must be informed at the time of booking. SkyDev Holidays Tour & Travels is not responsible for any health-related issues during the journey.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered as per availability.

9. Liability

SkyDev Holidays Tour & Travels acts as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, delays, or actions of third-party service providers such as hotels, transport operators, or airlines.

10. Behavior & Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain discipline and respect local laws, customs, and fellow travelers. Misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with SkyDev Holidays Tour & Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
