Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Leh
Upon arrival at Leh Airport, our agent will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel. You will be offered a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival at the hotel. Once the check-in process is done, feel free to leisurely explore the rest of your day at your own pace.
Day 2: Leh City Tour
Indulge in a delightful breakfast before embarking on a full day of exploration in Leh. Begin your journey at Shey Palace, situated at an elevation of 3,600 m, and visit the Stakna monastery. Shey, once the summer capital of Ladakh, houses Ladakh’s second largest Buddha statue.
Next, make your way to Hemis, a renowned village known for its Hemis Monastery, established in 1672 AD. Conclude your day with a visit to the Thiksey Monastery or Thiksey Gompa, situated atop a hillock with captivating views of the Indus Valley.
Day 3: Leh – Ladakh – Leh
Today’s itinerary revolves around experiencing Pangong Lake, renowned as the world’s highest saltwater lake. En route to the lake through Chang La Pass, a stopover at Tagste village for lunch is scheduled. Prepare to be mesmerized by the azure waters of Pangong Lake before returning to Leh in the evening.
Day 4: Leh – Ladakh – Leh
Start your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a visit to Khardung, a renowned mountain pass considered one of the world’s highest motorable roads. Located at an altitude of 5,359 meters, it is approximately 40 kilometers away from Leh. Take some time to visit Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a sacred site dedicated to Guru Nanak. While there, don’t miss the opportunity to witness the confluence of the Indus River and the Zanskar River.
Day 5: Depart Leh
Begin your day with breakfast before heading to the airport to catch your flight back home in the morning.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
