Day 1: 

Arrival at Nairobi International Airport where you will be met by our professional safari driver-guide. After a short briefing, proceed by road to Masai Mara National Reserve via the scenic Great Rift Valley with a brief stop for photographs. Arrival at the lodge or tented camp in the afternoon, followed by check-in and lunch. Later, enjoy your first afternoon game drive inside the reserve. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: 

Early morning game drive to explore the reserve when wildlife is most active. Return to the lodge for breakfast and spend the late morning at leisure. Lunch will be served at the lodge, followed by an evening game drive offering excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: 

After breakfast, depart for a full-day game drive with packed lunch. The day is spent exploring different regions of the Masai Mara, including river areas known for abundant wildlife. Enjoy picnic lunch inside the reserve and continue game viewing until late afternoon. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: 

Morning game drive or optional activities. Return to the lodge for breakfast, followed by an optional visit to a Maasai village to experience local culture and traditions. Lunch at the lodge and afternoon at leisure to relax or enjoy lodge facilities. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: 

Breakfast at the lodge followed by a relaxed morning. Lunch at the lodge, then proceed for an afternoon game drive focusing on areas not previously covered. Return to the lodge for a farewell dinner and overnight stay

Day 6: 

Early breakfast, check-out from the lodge, and road transfer back to Nairobi International Airport for onward or international departure, marking the end of the safari.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
