Day 1: 

Arrival at Kigali International Airport, where you will be met by your professional driver-guide. After a short briefing, transfer to your hotel in Kigali. Depending on arrival time, you may enjoy a short city orientation tour. Dinner and overnight stay in Kigali.

Day 2: 

After breakfast, proceed for a guided Kigali city tour, including visits to important landmarks and the Kigali Genocide Memorial for a deeper understanding of Rwanda’s history and culture. After lunch, continue by road to Volcanoes National Park, located in the foothills of the Virunga Mountains. Arrival at your lodge in the afternoon, check-in, leisure time, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 3: 

Early morning breakfast followed by transfer to the park headquarters for registration and briefing before your once-in-a-lifetime mountain gorilla trekking experience. Accompanied by expert rangers, you will trek through the rainforest to locate a habituated gorilla family and spend up to one hour observing them in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and rest. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: 

After breakfast, enjoy an optional activity such as golden monkey trekking or a guided nature walk around the Volcanoes National Park area. Alternatively, the day may be spent at leisure enjoying lodge facilities and scenic views. Lunch at the lodge, followed by a relaxed afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: 

Breakfast at the lodge, followed by check-out and return drive to Kigali. On arrival, enjoy lunch in the city and free time for shopping or relaxation. Check in at your Kigali hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: 

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Kigali International Airport for your onward or international departure, marking the end of your Rwanda safari experience.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
