Day 1: Arrival in Bangkok – Pattaya

Upon your arrival at Bangkok International Airport, you will be greeted by our tour representatives who will accompany you on a comfortable coach ride to Pattaya. Located on the eastern coast of the Gulf of Thailand, Pattaya is a picturesque city known for its stunning sandy beaches, excellent shopping opportunities, and a variety of tourist attractions. Originally a fishing village, Pattaya has transformed into a premier tourist destination in Thailand.
Upon reaching Pattaya, you will be transferred to your hotel where you can unwind and relax. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to experience the renowned Alcazar show, also referred to as the Tiffany Show. This captivating show showcases a blend of art, elaborate costumes, and impressive stage design, accompanied by a mesmerizing musical performance. After the show, return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2: Pattaya

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an exploration of the coral island guided by our tour experts. Immerse yourself in the vibrant coral reefs and marine life from the comfort of a glass-bottom boat. Following this, indulge in a range of water activities including sunbathing, water scooter rides, parasailing, snorkeling, and other exciting options. Take the opportunity to fully appreciate the surroundings before returning to the city for some leisurely shopping. In the evening, retire to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3: Pattaya to Bangkok

After enjoying your morning meal, make your way to Bangkok, the bustling capital of Thailand. Our tour guides will accompany you on a half-day excursion around the city. Discover some of Bangkok’s most iconic temple complexes, such as Wat Po (home to the impressive Reclining Buddha), Wat Trimit (housing a remarkable 5 ½ ton Solid Gold Buddha), and Wat Benchamabopit (also known as the Marble Temple). Take a visit to the renowned Gems and Jewelry Shop, where you can browse and purchase exquisite Jade stones. The remainder of the day is yours to spend as you please. In the evening, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Bangkok – Safari World

Embark on an exciting day at Safari World by starting your morning with a delightful breakfast at the hotel. Our knowledgeable tour guides will accompany you throughout your visit to this unique zoological park, which is divided into two main sections. The first section features an open zoo showcasing a diverse range of wild animals, while the second section, known as the Marine Park, offers the opportunity to interact with marine creatures, including trained dolphins, seals, apes, and various bird species.

Kick off your exploration at Safari Park, where you can leisurely observe rare and endangered species in their natural habitat. Following this immersive experience, take a moment to relax in the comfort of your private car or coach before witnessing the thrilling Tiger and Lion Feeding showcase. Be sure not to miss the captivating performances, including the Bird Show, Spy War, Dolphin Show, Orangutan Boxing Show, Cowboy Show, and Sea Lion Show.

As the day comes to a close, make your way back to the hotel for a restful overnight stay, reflecting on the memorable adventures of the day at Safari World.

Day 5: Bangkok Departure

Start your day with a swift breakfast before exploring the vibrant Indhira Market for some shopping. Later in the day, our knowledgeable tour guide will accompany you to Bangkok International Airport for your departure.

  • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
  • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
  • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
  • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
  • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
  • Carry one passport size photo.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

  • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
  • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
  • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
  • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
  • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

  • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
  • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
  • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

  • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
  • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
  • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
  • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
