Day 1: Arrival in Cape Town
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, a welcoming representative will meet you and assist you in reaching your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to discover the city at your own leisurely pace. Relax and enjoy your overnight accommodation at the hotel in Cape Town.
Day 2: Cape Town – Exploring the City
Revel in a relaxed breakfast before starting a half-day exploration of Cape Town. Weather permitting, we will venture up Table Mountain for breathtaking views. Our tour will also include a picturesque drive by renowned sites such as The Castle of Good Hope, Company Gardens, Parliament Buildings, City Hall, the Slave Lodge, and the enchanting Malay Quarter. Your accommodation for the night will be at your chosen Cape Town hotel.
Day 3: Cape Town – Peninsula Excursion
Experience a comprehensive day of discovery on the stunning Cape Peninsula. Our itinerary includes a visit to Hout Bay Harbour, a scenic cruise to Seal Island, and a possible drive along the awe-inspiring Chapmans Peak Drive, weather permitting. The adventure then leads us to Cape Point National Park for a memorable funicular tour. Next, we will explore Simons Town, the delightful Boulders Beach Penguin Colony, and the verdant Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Your overnight accommodation will be at your hotel in Cape Town.
Day 4: Cape Town to Knysna
Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast at the hotel before proceeding with the check-out procedure. Your next destination is Knysna, which you will reach via the N2 road. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take the rest of the day to unwind and explore at your leisure. Your overnight stay will be at the hotel in Knysna.
Day 5: Knysna – Oudtshoorn – Knysna
Today, we will travel across the scenic Outeniqua Mountain Pass to reach Oudtshoorn, known as the global hub for feathers. Our itinerary will feature a tour of the intriguing Cango Caves and the enthralling Cango Wildlife Ranch. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to experience an Ostrich Farm Tour. Following our excursions, we will return to our hotel in Knysna for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Knysna to Sun City via Johannesburg
We will organize transportation to George Airport for your flight to Johannesburg. Please be aware that the flight cost is not covered (we suggest a departure time around 10:00 AM). Upon arrival at O.R. Tambo International Airport, a representative from Thompsons Africa will meet you and take you to Sun City. Check in at the hotel and relax for the remainder of the day. Your overnight accommodation will be at the hotel in Sun City.
Day 7: Enjoying Sun City
Today is your opportunity to enjoy a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. There are no set tours planned, and you will not have access to a vehicle or guide. For those interested in venturing out, an exciting option is available to embark on a safari at the Pilanesberg National Park. However, it is important to note that arrangements and payments for this activity must be made directly with the designated suppliers. Following your leisurely day, you will retire for the night at the hotel located in Sun City.
Day 8: Sun City to Johannesburg
Upon arrival in Johannesburg, you will be chauffeured to your selected hotel to unwind and relax. Spend the evening at your accommodation in Johannesburg for a peaceful night’s rest.
Day 9: Leaving Johannesburg
This morning, you should prepare to check out of your accommodation and head to O.R. Tambo International Airport for your departure.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
