Day 1: 

Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport where you will be met by your professional safari driver-guide. After a short briefing, proceed to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a game drive inside the park, followed by transfer to your lodge or tented camp in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: 

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park, driving through the scenic Ngorongoro highlands. En route, enjoy game viewing as you enter the vast plains of the Serengeti. Arrive at your camp for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay in Serengeti.

Day 3: 

Full day in Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. The day is dedicated to exploring different regions of the park, home to lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and large herds of plains game. A picnic or lodge lunch will be provided depending on the day’s program. Dinner and overnight stay in Serengeti

Day 4: 

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti, then proceed towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at your lodge located on or near the crater rim in the afternoon. Lunch at the lodge followed by leisure time to enjoy stunning views of the crater. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: 

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers excellent chances to spot the Big Five, including the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater, then return to the lodge in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay

Day 6: 

Breakfast at the lodge, followed by check-out and road transfer back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for onward or international departure, marking the end of the safari

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
